Randy dispels the notion that custom rifle can only be built on a Rem 700 footprint or custom actions, or they are even the only ones that can be rebarreled.
That is nonsense. Randy can and has built custom rifles on any number of different actions: Sako, Mauser, Springfields, Win. Mon 70 pre-64, and Mod 70 actions to name a few. He has also rebarreled all of these actions and more.
